Projected Letters is an online literary journal that features fiction, poetry, non-fiction (essays, long reviews, articles, journalism, science, history, philosophy etc.) along with artwork and photography. Projected Letters prefers original work, but will occasionally republish. Submissions should be a maximum of two short stories and four poems, unless those poems are part of a series and cannot be split up. Quarterly West is published by the University of Utah biannually, and is a nationally distributed literary journal. Founded in 1976, it is run by graduate students at the University of Utah. Random Acts of Writing (R.A.W.) is a private literary magazine in Scotland. It is published twice a year in print only. The editor accepts short stories of 2,000 words or less, some poetry and haiku.
